Central City Cyberschool currently offers an exceptional educational environment for all students in grades K4-11th grade. Academic achievement of all children is the focus of our school.  Central City Cyberschool offers all-day K4 and K5 classes.  Class size is limited and fills quickly.  All paperwork must be completed and returned in order for a student to enroll.  Please contact the front office for any questions you need to be answered. 

Enrollment Process:

Step 1: Student Eligibility

  • Children age 4 on or before September 1 are eligible for K4 enrollment. Children age 5 on or before September 1 are eligible for K5 enrollment

Step 2:  Proof of Residency

  • Residency Form (must provide ID/driver’s license or utility bill)

Step 3:  Child documentation

  • Student Immunization Records (current)
  • Final Report Card (For transferring students. Must show grade placement for the following school year.)
  • Birth Certificate
  • Eye Exam

Step 4:  School Forms (Prints outs available HERE)

  • Enrollment Application
  • Emergency Contact Form
  • Student Acceptable Use Policy
  • Student Imaging Publishing
  • Special Dietary Restrictions Form

Immunization:

Wisconsin State law 252.04 states (2) Any student admitted to any elementary, middle, junior, or senior high school or into any child care center or nursery school shall, within 30 school days after the date on which the student is admitted, present written evidence to the school, child care center, or nursery school of having completed the first immunization for each vaccine required for the student's grade and being on schedule for the remainder of the basic and recall (booster) immunization series for mumps, measles, rubella (German measles), diphtheria, pertussis (whooping cough), poliomyelitis, tetanus, and other diseases that the department specifies by rule or shall present a written waiver under sub. (3)
